Whether travelling from the north or east, the primary routes converge at Exeter, the southern end of the M5 motorway.From junction 31 of the M5 take the A30 to Okehampton,Launceston and Bodmin.

Approximately 14 miles beyond the Bodmin turn, take the A39(A392) signposted to Newquay.

On the Newquay outskirts after passing the petrol station on the right at the " Mellanvrane" roundabout,go straight across to Town Centre, Pentire and Fistral Beach.

At the top of the hill you will find the final roundabout,get into the left hand lane and exit left sign posted Pentire.

Go down the hill and you will see the sea,take the left hand turning into Pentire Crescent, then first left into Bezant Place.The cottage no.7 is 50 yrds on the left and the house no.46; 200 yrds on the right.
