Fistral Bay House is situated on a select new development on land previously owned by the Duchy, near Pentire headland in a tranquil area of Newquay. The house was completed in May 2004 and is immaculate. Literally 3 minutes walk to the world famous Fistral Beach.

The standard of accommodation is very high,very well equipped and extremely clean. We cater for 8 people and a cot and highchair provided if required. There are 4 bedrooms; master double en-suite ( Mira shower), a twin room,a single room and a double with single room. Family bathroom upstairs and a cloakroom downstairs.

The kitchen has built in gas hob and electric fan oven,microwave, dishwasher and all the smaller appliances you will need. There is a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lovely south facing enclosed rear garden,with table and chairs, sun loungers all provided. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway next to the house. All bed linen, hand towels, tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, foil and cling film etc. provided. (No bath or beach towels).
