Fistral Bay Cottage is situated on a select new development on land previously owned by the Duchy, near Pentire Headland. The cottage was built Dec 2002, the property has 4 bedrooms, sleeping 8 very comfortably, cot and highchair provided if required.
 
Upstairs is the Master double en-suite, (with wall mounted 14" TV) a twin room and a bunk bedroom and family bathroom. A further double bedroom is downstairs with 14" TV ideal for a separate couple or teenager.

Lounge with french doors opening onto the enclosed rear garden, a separate dining room leading to the kitchen. Here you will find all appliances required, a dishwasher,washing machine,microwave and in a separate annex a tumble dryer (please see photos). There is also a downstairs cloakroom.
 
The garden is large, mainly laid to lawn, nice decking area with electric lighting, BBQ and table and chairs with sun loungers, great in the evenings.

The cottage has a garage and parking space outside.

We provide all bed linen,hand towels,bath mats,tea towels, dish clothes, foil, cling film, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets all you have to remember is bath and beach towels.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday
ARRIVAL AFTER 3PM AND DEPARTURE 10AM.
